What you can expect during a home visit?

Visits are done in the comfort of your own home. Once a visit is scheduled you will need to complete client intake forms and view Consent for Care/HIPPA. Some additional forms will need to be signed during the visit. Ideally, your baby should be ready for a feeding during my visit. After the visit a plan will be given to you to help you meet your feeding goals. Please visit the "Services" tab for information on payment.
